Non-Payment and Storage of Items:
If payment for the subscription or services is overdue by more than three (3) months after the due date, Freedrobe reserves the right to suspend the Service and may initiate the process of disposing, recycling, or otherwise handling the stored garments at its sole discretion. Freedrobe will make reasonable attempts to notify the User before taking such actions, but shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from non-payment.
6. User Responsibilities
Preparation of Garments: Users must prepare clothing items properly for pickup, ensuring that garments are free from any prohibited substances and reasonably clean to prevent damage or contamination.
Prohibited Items: Users shall not store or send any prohibited items including but not limited to perishables, flammable materials, hazardous substances, illegal goods, or items that may cause damage to Freedrobe’s facilities or other garments.
Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information about their garments, including disclosing any pre-existing damage or stains prior to pickup.
Timely Access: Users shall ensure that garments are ready and accessible at the agreed pickup location and time.
Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms in their use of Freedrobe’s Service.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted through their account.
Notification of Issues: Users must promptly notify Freedrobe of any discrepancies, damage, or issues related to the Service.
7. Pickup and Delivery
Scheduling
Users may schedule pickups and deliveries through the Freedrobe mobile application or website. All requests are subject to confirmation and dependent on service availability at the selected time.
Timelines
Freedrobe endeavors to complete pickups and deliveries within 24 hours of confirmation. However, delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by operational capacity, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Freedrobe shall not be held liable for any delay caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.
Missed Pickups or Deliveries
If a scheduled pickup or delivery cannot be completed due to the User’s unavailability or failure to provide timely access, Freedrobe reserves the right to apply a rescheduling fee or other applicable service charges.
Packaging and Handover
Users are responsible for securely packaging garments for pickup and ensuring that all items are clearly identifiable. Freedrobe disclaims liability for missing, misplaced, or damaged garments resulting from improper packaging or labeling at the time of handover.
Verification at Handover
Upon delivery, Users are encouraged to inspect the returned garments. Any discrepancy, damage, or missing items must be reported to Freedrobe within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this time frame may result in forfeiture of any claims.
Alternate Addresses
Requests to deliver garments to an address other than the original pickup location may be considered a premium service and may be subject to additional charges and verification, depending on the User’s subscription plan.
8. Damage and Liability
Protection and Care
Freedrobe takes every reasonable precaution to store, handle, clean, and transport garments with the utmost care. All items are stored in clean, secure, and climate-controlled environments, and our staff is trained to maintain high standards of garment care.
Optional Protection Plans
Users may opt for a paid protection plan that provides additional coverage for potential damage, loss, or deterioration of garments while in Freedrobe’s custody. The terms, limits, and exclusions of such protection plans are outlined separately within the platform’s Protection plans policy and are subject to change.
Limitation of Liability
In the absence of an active protection plan, Freedrobe’s liability for any item lost or damaged while in our possession shall be limited to an amount not exceeding the current market value of the item, subject to a maximum cap per item and per user account, as determined by Freedrobe. Market value shall be assessed based on reasonable depreciation, wear, and original purchase details provided by the User.
Exclusions
Freedrobe shall not be liable for damage or deterioration caused by the following: pre-existing wear or defects, hidden weaknesses in fabrics, manufacturing flaws, age-related wear and tear, fragile or special-care items improperly disclosed, normal cleaning processes, or any damage due to external factors beyond our control.
Freedrobe may periodically inspect stored garments and issue care or action recommendations (such as cleaning, repair, or special handling) via the platform. If one or more of these recommendations are ignored by the User and the item subsequently suffers damage, Freedrobe shall not be held liable for any resulting deterioration or loss of quality.
Inspection and Claims
Users are required to inspect garments upon delivery. Any damage or missing item must be reported in writing to Freedrobe within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered. Freedrobe reserves the right to request evidence of the condition of the garment prior to pickup, including photographs or receipts, in order to evaluate the claim.
9. Recycling and Disposal
Voluntary Recycling by User
Freedrobe offers an optional recycling service to help Users responsibly dispose of garments they no longer wish to retain. Users may mark items for recycling via the digital wardrobe. Once a recycling request is submitted, a buffer period of seven (7) days will apply before the item is processed. During this period, Users may cancel the recycling request through the app to retain the garment. After the buffer period, the item will be permanently removed from storage and processed through authorized recycling or donation channels.
Unclaimed or Abandoned Items
If a User’s account remains inactive or payments are overdue for more than three (3) consecutive months, Freedrobe reserves the right to classify the stored garments as abandoned. In such cases, after making reasonable efforts to contact the User, Freedrobe may proceed with recycling, donation, or appropriate disposal of the items without further notice. Freedrobe shall not be liable for any loss resulting from such disposal.
No Return Post Recycling Processing
Once a garment has entered the recycling process after the 7-day buffer period, it cannot be returned or retrieved under any circumstances. Users are advised to review their selections carefully before confirming recycling actions within the app.
Environmental Commitment
Freedrobe is committed to sustainable and ethical fashion practices. All recycling and disposal activities are carried out through verified partners with a focus on minimizing environmental impact and supporting circular fashion initiatives wherever possible.
10. Digital Wardrobe and App Usage
Account Access and Management
Freedrobe provides Users with a digital wardrobe accessible via its mobile application and website. This platform allows Users to manage their stored garments, view individual items through photos, and request services such as pickup, delivery, cleaning, or recycling.
Accuracy of Digital Records
While Freedrobe makes every effort to accurately photograph and catalogue garments upon intake, the digital wardrobe is intended as a convenience tool and may not always reflect the precise condition, color, or material detail of each item. Users acknowledge that minor discrepancies may occur and that the digital wardrobe does not replace the physical condition inspection of garments.
Functionality and Service Requests
Through the app, Users may initiate actions on individual items, including scheduling services, marking items for return, selecting garments for laundry or recycling, and reviewing service history. Freedrobe may also provide automated or curated recommendations based on wardrobe contents, past usage patterns, and seasonal trends.
Inspection and Status Updates
Freedrobe conducts periodic inspections of stored garments to ensure cleanliness and wearability. Users will receive notifications if any item is found to be in a condition requiring attention, such as visible stains, fabric deterioration, or damage. Users may be prompted to request cleaning or recycling based on these findings.
App Availability and Updates
Freedrobe reserves the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend access to its app for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. Users are responsible for installing the latest version of the app to ensure continued access to features and security updates.
Account Security and Conduct
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. Misuse of the platform, including unauthorized access, data manipulation, or abuse of services, may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
11. Termination
Termination by User
Users may terminate their subscription and discontinue use of Freedrobe’s services at any time by submitting a formal request through the app or by contacting customer support. Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be settled before the return or disposal of stored garments. Freedrobe will coordinate a final delivery or pickup based on the User’s instructions and applicable fees.
Termination by Freedrobe
Freedrobe reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s account, with or without notice, under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the platform or services, non-payment of fees, fraudulent activity, or behavior that threatens the safety, reputation, or operations of Freedrobe, its staff, or other Users.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of the account, Freedrobe will attempt to return any garments stored under the User’s account. If the User fails to coordinate return within thirty (30) days from the date of termination, Freedrobe reserves the right to consider such garments abandoned and may proceed with recycling or disposal, as outlined in the Recycling and Disposal section.
Data Deletion
Users may request the deletion of their personal data after account termination by submitting a request through the Data Deletion Request section available on our website. Freedrobe will process such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal policies.
No Liability for Termination
Freedrobe shall not be liable to the User or any third party for termination of access to the service, suspension of the account, or disposal of items in accordance with these Terms.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Freedrobe is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its Users. Detailed information about how Freedrobe collects, uses, stores, and protects User data is provided in our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which is accessible via our website and app. By using Freedrobe’s services, Users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Freedrobe reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website and within the app.
Users are encouraged to regularly review the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of Freedrobe’s services after such modifications constitutes the User’s acceptance of the revised Terms.
If a User does not agree to any changes, they must discontinue use of the services and may terminate their account in accordance with the Termination section of these Terms.
